What is NOXVII made from?
NOXVII is 3D printed using PLA, a plant-based biodegradable polymer derived from renewable resources. Each piece is carefully finished and assembled by hand.
Does the lamp come with a bulb?
Yes. NOXVII includes a 4W E14 warm white LED bulb (2700K) producing approximately 250 lumens.
Does NOXVII get hot during use?
No. NOXVII is designed to be used with low-heat LED bulbs. Under normal operation the lamp remains comfortable to touch.
How long will shipping take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location.
Are slight variations normal?
Yes. Because each lamp is produced layer by layer, subtle variations may occur. These are a natural characteristic of the manufacturing process and make every piece unique.
What is your return policy?
If your lamp arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Is NOXVII bright enough to light a room?
NOXVII is designed as an ambient lamp. It creates a warm, atmospheric glow and is best suited for bedside tables, shelves, consoles, and living spaces.
Can I clean the lamp?
Use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasives, or excessive moisture.
Why is NOXVII priced the way it is?
Each lamp requires approximately 16 hours of printing, followed by assembly, inspection, and packaging. NOXVII is produced in small batches rather than mass manufactured.

Is NOXVII environmentally conscious?
NOXVII is produced using PLA, a plant-based material, and is manufactured on demand in small batches to reduce excess inventory and waste.
